Mentally healthy people and places.

Trauma informed wellbeing strategies. Creating mentally healthy workplaces.

Hi, I am Wiebke.

I partner with you to design trauma-informed strategies that drive meaningful, measurable change—for your people, your communities, and your organisation.

I am an experienced psychologist with almost 20 years in organisational consulting, psychological assessment and leader development. I’ve supported individuals navigating trauma and worked with organisations to embed leadership and wellbeing strategies across complex systems. My passion has steadily moved toward building cultures where psychological safety is not a bonus, but the foundation for people and performance.

I’m particularly drawn to the role leaders play in shaping emotionally safe environments, especially in high-stress or mission-driven settings, by applying Trauma-Informed Leadership principles.

My approach

You don’t need to be an expert in which leadership or wellbeing framework will best serve your organisation. Instead, I partner with you to design a tailored, integrated and trauma-informed approach that aligns with your culture, values, and psychosocial risk profile. My work combines evidence-based leadership principles, trauma-informed organisational practices, and contemporary psychosocial risk assessment frameworks.

What I specialise in

Whether individuals or teams are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, trauma-informed frameworks create a safe space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface and develop tools that strengthen wellbeing, connection, and purpose-aligned performance.

  • Trauma-Informed Leadership

Practical, trauma-informed strategies that build clarity, confidence and resilience — for leaders, teams and mission-driven organisations.

  • Psychosocial Risk Assessment

Practical, evidence-based approaches that strengthen psychological safety, clarity and resilience across your people, systems and culture.

A Recent Study shows: From Risk to Relief

A recent study showed that workplaces are shifting from being seen as contributors to mental ill health to playing a vital role in enhancing mental health. Well-designed, well-managed work environments can promote wellbeing, mitigate risks, and address mental health symptoms. Workplaces can significantly improve population mental health by promoting positive wellbeing, reducing risks, and addressing mental health symptoms.

To achieve this, employers need knowledge and resources tailored to their specific business needs. The study emphasises a systematic approach that prevents psychological harm, supports recovery, and values wellbeing, aiming to create environments where employees can thrive and maintain good mental health.

Leading people, well.

It is well established that managers have considerable influence on employee mental health.
