Hi, I’m Wiebke. I do this work to bring holistic wellbeing and positive mental health to as many people as possible—because I truly believe this changes lives.
My approach is person-centred, evidence-based, and trauma-informed. Rather than working with the mind alone, I focus on creating a space where your whole being is understood and supported—integrating somatic, emotional, and cognitive experiences. I am passionate about empowering my clients with practical insights into neurobiology to deepen understanding of the brain-body connection.
Through advanced studies in clinical psychology in Germany, as well as training in psychosocial risk and crisis response, I have developed a deep understanding of the essential role of nervous system regulation. I believe this is one of the most important capabilities we can build in life, learning how to regulate our nervous system so we can navigate challenges with greater ease and confidence. This is something I actively integrate into my work with clients.
Alongside my private practice, I support organisations to strengthen leadership and team culture, empowering people to work with greater confidence, collaboration, and impact.

Techniques I use
My approach is grounded in integrative, evidence-based therapies, rooted in the understanding that trauma lives in the body and that healing must include it. I draw from Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Imagery Rescripting & Reprocessing Therapy (IRRT), Somatic Experiencing and CBT practices. These methods help my clients find relief from overwhelming emotions, develop insight into their patterns, and experience a sense of safety and regulation.
Between sessions, my clients receive resources and practices to promote gentle habit formation and lasting transformational change. So they can live authentically and fully flourish in life.

Case study: How to set boundaries – effectively
The ability to set boundaries is a crucial skill to develop in life. Boundaries are essential to develop a strong and healthy sense of self. When our boundaries are crossed, we might withdraw into silence, which can lead to disconnection from our authentic self.
I’ve created a five step framework to help clients build stronger boundaries. Read and learn about these five key steps in my blog post.
