Trauma-informed solutions for mission driven organisations.

Hi, I am Wiebke.

I partner with mission driven organisation to design trauma-informed strategies that drive meaningful, measurable change, for your people, your communities, and your organisation.

I am an experienced consultant with a psychology background from Germany with more than 15 years in organisational consulting, psychometric assessment and leadership development. I’ve supported many organisations to embed leadership and wellbeing strategies across complex systems.

“Wiebke’s approach is grounded in care and integrity, building trust with leaders and staff alike. Her work creates lasting impact, supporting a safer and more sustainable environment for both our workforce and the young people we serve.”

What I specialise in

Here are some of the leadership and organisational challenges I can support you with. I take a trauma-informed approach, recognising that trauma and adversity are common and shape how people communicate, relate, and respond under pressure.

    Trauma-Informed Leadership

I help leaders in high stakes settings understand the human side of leadership, navigate difficult conversations, and conflict so they can lead from a secure base, risks are reduced, and people can perform. Useable in everyday leadership decision-making.

    Psychosocial Safety & Risk Consulting

I support mission-driven organisations to identify and address psychosocial risks, strengthen accountability, and meet compliance so safety is embedded into the way your people work. Tangible, scaleable, risk reducing.

New workplace health and safety legislation makes leaders responsible for managing psychosocial risks like trauma, stress, and burnout.

A recent study showed that workplaces are shifting from being seen as contributors to mental ill health to playing a vital role in enhancing mental health. Well-designed, well-managed work environments can promote wellbeing, mitigate risks, and address mental health symptoms. Workplaces can significantly improve population mental health by promoting positive wellbeing, reducing risks, and addressing mental health symptoms.

To achieve this, employers need knowledge and resources tailored to their specific business needs. The study emphasises a systematic approach that prevents psychological harm, supports recovery, and values wellbeing, aiming to create environments where employees can thrive and maintain good mental health.

Leading people, well.

It is well established that managers have considerable influence on employee mental health.
